Campaign Manager - Settings


Settings

To access Settings, click Settings in the slide-out navigation pane.

Settings allow administrators to perform the following tasks:

  • Logon Management
  • Security (Folder, User, Group and Security Permissions administration)
  • Email Manager Account Link configuration and permissions
  • Campaign History archive and roll-off
  • External Agents configuration and permissions
  • FTP site configuration and permissions
  • Management of client specific configuration settings
  • System Log Monitoring
  • Campaign Manager Tool configuration and permissions
  • Datasource configuration and permissions
  • Tridion Link configuration and permissions (where deployed)
  • Static Token Creation and Management
  • Metrics Management

Note: Settings will open in either a new tab or a new window depending on the browser being used. If you access Campaign Manager via a customized URL you must ensure that your browser settings allow cross domain access.

In Internet Explorer:

  1. Select Internet options.
  2. Select the Security tab.
  3. Click the Custom level button.
  4. In the dialog box that opens, scroll down to Miscellaneous.
  5. Under Allow data sources across domains, select Enable or Prompt.
  6. Click OK.
